A maximum of 18 people may stay at Top of the Town. (No couch surfers or carpet campers!)
You must be at least 22-years-old to reserve the house. Anyone who reserves the house and doesn’t meet this requirement may have their reservation canceled and forfeit their deposit.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the house. You may smoke under the covered picnic area.
Check-in is at 3 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m. A $50 late checkout fee applies for departures after 11:15 a.m. Exceptions must be cleared with the owners.
Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep noise down outside from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Lava Hot Springs city ordinances forbid the use of tents on the property or parking motor homes on the street.
